In the fall of 2020 I spent enchanting moments in the two hotels of the Turunc chain in Marmaris, Turkey, Turunc Premium, and Turunc Resort, so I present them as my recommendation, for the 2021 season in the Marmaris area, the facilities that offers, superb location and value for money, being excellent.
This time I want to tell you about Turunc Premium, the most recently opened hotel, in which you have the feeling of a very new hotel, every corner. Personally, I felt excellent in this hotel, because I needed a quiet place with beautiful landscapes, good food and enough entertainment program to have fun, but also to leave me calm evenings in which to enjoy the sunset and all that this wonderful resort has to offer.
Before I give you some technical data, I want to share my experience here: I liked the spacious rooms, the standard one, the panoramic rooms and the ones with jacuzzi on the balcony. All are beautifully furnished, comfortable, modern. The bathrooms have open space bathroom furniture, and the shower and toilet are separately. Almost all rooms have sea views which I find wonderful, especially since the landscape is beautiful.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the main restaurant which has a terrace, and lunch is served on a terrace located at sea level. The food was plentiful and delicious, they have many kinds of cakes (all very good) and they serve you with great kindness whenever you want.
The fitness center is large and very well equipped, as is the whole SPA center, but being lazy in vacay, I was there only to visit, instead at the meals I was not lazy at all, so I rounded a little, but basically for this is holiday, to spoil yourself!
Guests prefer both the pool and the beach at sea, that is having sand and pontoon.
I caught a few evenings with live music that I liked, I was a little at the club, but 2020 being a pandemic year, I was more reserved in having parties.
In terms of safety, I was impressed, because you can find protective masks at your discretion in all important areas of the hotel. I traveled a lot in Turkey but nowhere have I seen so much care that guests have masks available, along with of course disinfectants.
Both hotels in the Turunc chain, enjoy very good managers, Mr. Ismail Yildiz, dl. Nuray Ince, so my stay was very pleasant knowing that I was very safe there.
In addition, the two hotels are connected by a charming sea front little street, full of flowers and terraces, where you will find the bazaar and a small port. What could be more enchanting than an evening walk between the two hotels, where I can’t decide what I liked best.
As a conclusion, it was a special holiday that I really enjoyed so my recommendation for you is to try a new place, where our compatriots are a few but which you can easily reach by car or bus from Marmaris resort located at 22 kilometers. The tour-operators in Romania have in their offers the transfer included, so you’ll be in the good hands in your vacation.
Namely the fact that the locality of Turunc is isolated and protected from the crowd, gives it charm, where we also add the fact that the virus was as non-existent here all the pandemic.
Turunc Premium Hotel has an area of 12,000 square meters.
The rooms are divided into Landview standard room, (30 rooms) Side sea view standard room (84) Sea view standard room (78), Panorama room (10), Premium room (10) and has rooms, 2 rooms for disabled people , with interior and exterior facilities in the hotel, accessibility for stroller.
Standard rooms have an area of 37 square meters, The Panorama rooms have an area of 45 square meters and the Premium ones 42 square meters.
The hotel practices the ultra all inclusive meal plan.
Lotus restaurant where breakfast is served 07.00-11.00 in buffet system, late breakfast 10.00-11.00 with fixed menu, lunch 12.45-14.00 in buffet system, dinner 19.30-21.30 in buffet system.
Anadolu Restaurant in the day: snacks (salads, fast food, Turkish goodies, ice cream, late dinner and snacks.
Patisserie in the lobby(tea, coffee, cakes).
A la carte restaurants: Anadolu with Turkish cuisine and Amos, with fishing specific
The hotel has 5 bars, indoor parking, Wifi internet, conference room.
In terms of activities / entertaining, I mention
