Hyatt Hotels is a big name in the world hospitality industry, being among the top 10 hotel chains in the world in terms of number of properties, on the segment of 5 star hotels. So I was very happy to see that on the list of hotels where I will be accommodated, during my visit to Bulgaria, is the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Sofia.
I expected to see a bourgeois hotel, with class, with beautiful interiors, perfect comfort and excellent services and that's exactly what I found. I was telling a friend that in the Hyatt Regency bed in Sofia I slept the best of all the luxury hotels I have visited so far, to find out a few days later that I had slept in a Hyatt Grand bed, known for its extraordinary comfort. I couldn't believe it, but I really felt the difference.
All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, generous work space and a bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
The hotel offers an elegant continental breakfast every morning. There is a delicatessen, an Italian restaurant and a rooftop bar with city views and live music.
Guests can enjoy a variety of wellness facilities, including an indoor pool with hydrotherapy, hammam and bio sauna. Hyatt Regency Sofia also has a fitness center and a beauty salon.
Hyatt Regency Sofia also enjoys a superb location, in the heart of the city where tourists have a short walk to St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, St. Clement University and the Bulgarian Presidency.
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, room service and currency exchange and an airport transfer.
As a price range for the period 7-11 October for example, accommodation with breakfast included costs 325 euro per person and for the period 7-14, respectively 7 nights accommodation with breakfast costs 585 euro.
