I stayed again in this exclusive hotel during the Business & Pleasure event, organized by Soley Tour in April 2021. I already knew that here we are talking about the superlative whether it is rooms, food, elegant service and everything that means class and etiquette. But what I learned about this last stay refers to absolute safety and here I do not mean only the dispensers with masks, gloves and disinfectant that you find in the hotel, but also to a very nice, personal experience.
One evening while organizing my wardrobe for the next filming day, I realised that I lost my hat (a Gucci model, from a certain collection and no longer manufactured, so there were small chance of buying it again). Thinking about where I forgot my hat, I realized that I hadn't had it the day before, so the hat was actually missing for 2 days.
Quite worried (I have some personal things that are very dear to me) I went to the Reception in the morning at 6, to ask about the hat. The smiling receptionist asks me to show him a photo with the hat. After that, he returns thoughtfully through the receptions and says to me “Hmmm what a beautiful hat, where can we find it? Should be the hat here? He leans a little under the luxurious pulpit at the Reception and with a large smile, tells me "I could bet that's the hat" and hands me my hat J So that's what about we're talking about, at Rixos Premium Belek, these are the services and this is the attitude J
The receptionist later told me that I had forgotten my hat in one of the public areas of the hotel and the staff immediately noticed and took the hat to the Reception.
Located on the seafront, on an area of 405,000 square meters, the complex in Belek has a beach almost a kilometer long and a forest with pistachio trees, a mix of impressive views. The beach is sandy and has 3 pontoons, one for VIP clients.
